We offer two experiences:

• Family-Friendly Tour: Great for all ages, though children must be 2 years or older to participate.

• Adults-Only Tour: For guests 21 and over, includes wine tastings.

Please make sure you are booking the correct tour type when making your reservation.

Private tours may be arranged with a minimum of two (2) weeks’ advance notice.

Custom tour requests may be submitted to support@saddlerocksafaris.com for review and scheduling.

Safari vehicles are not compatible with strollers or car seats.

• Boarding and disembarking safari vehicles involve physical movement that may present risk when holding infants.

• Children must remain seated and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

While the main lodge and facilities are wheelchair accessible, safari vehicles are not.

Guests requiring accommodation or assistance should contact support@saddlerocksafaris.com in advance of booking so that reasonable arrangements may be explored.

We do not allow pets or service animals on our general tours. Our facility is an active ranch with exotic and domestic animals, and outside animals can create safety risks for both guests and wildlife.

Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended. Dress appropriately for the season and check the local forecast before your visit. Bring water, sunscreen, and a hat during warm months, or a jacket and gloves in cooler weather.Item description

Guests must arrive 30 minutes before departure with their full party to check in, sign waivers, and board the trucks.

• Waivers are required for all guests and can be completed during booking or at check-in.

• Guests must bring a valid physical ID (driver’s license or passport). Photo copies and digital versions are not accepted.

• Wine tastings will only be served to guests with a valid physical ID.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you’re running late. If a team member is available on site, we’ll do our best to meet you and bring you to your tour.

After 15 minutes, we are unable to make exceptions, but we can rebook you at no additional cost.

Texas weather can be unpredictable.

• Light rain: Tours still operate. You may cancel, but we can only rebook your tour, not refund it.

• Severe weather warnings: If conditions are unsafe, we will refund or rebook your tour. Guests who choose to rebook will receive a 10% credit to use toward wine or merchandise at our lodge after their tour.

More than 7 days before your tour:

• Eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to rebook and receive a 10% lodge credit.

• Within 7 days of your tour: Non-refundable, but we can reschedule your tour for another date.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed on tours or around animals. We provide animal feed during your experience, as well as wine tastings and small bites for adults-only tours.

Guests are welcome to take photos and videos during tours.
If you are requesting a professional photo shoot, please email support@saddlerocksafaris.com. All photo shoot requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

We will be offering e-gift cards soon, available for purchase online.

Restrooms are available at our lodge before tours depart.
During the 90 minute tour, guests will have access to restrooms during the 30 minute tasting stop.

For your safety, please remain seated while the vehicle is in motion, keep hands and arms inside the truck, and follow all instructions from your guide. Guests participate at their own risk, and failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the tour without refund.
