We offer two unique experiences designed to suit every type of guest.
The Family-Friendly Tour follows the same route as our classic experience and welcomes guests under 21 years of age. Children 2 and under are considered lap children and do not require their own seat or ticket. Children aged 2 and older will need their own ticket to participate.
The Adults-Only Tour is reserved for guests 21 and over and includes wine tastings throughout the experience. Please ensure you are booking the correct tour type when making your reservation.
Private tours may be arranged with a minimum of two weeks’ advance notice. Custom tour requests can be submitted to support@saddlerocksafaris.com for review and scheduling. Private truck pricing starts at $1,000 per truck and can accommodate up to 20 guests.

Our property is located at 137 Olive Branch Road, Brock, Texas 76087. However, please note that Google Maps may direct guests too far south of our entrance.
To ensure accurate navigation, we recommend entering 140 Olive Branch Road, Brock, Texas 76087 into Google Maps. We are located directly across the street from that address.
Following these directions will bring you directly to the entrance of Saddlerock for check-in and tour departure.

Safari vehicles are not compatible with strollers or car seats. Boarding and disembarking the vehicles requires physical movement and may present a risk when holding infants.
For the safety of all guests, children must remain seated and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the tour.

Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended. Dress appropriately for the season and check the local forecast before your visit. Bring water, sunscreen, and a hat during warm months, or a jacket and gloves in cooler weather

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before their scheduled tour for a full refund. After that time, tickets become non-refundable.
Guests may reschedule their tour at no cost if changes are made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Any rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the tour are subject to a 50% rescheduling fee (50% of the original ticket price).
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour forfeit their tickets and are not eligible for a refund.

Guests must arrive 30 minutes before departure with their entire party to check in, sign waivers, and board the safari vehicles.
Waivers are required for all guests and can be completed during the booking process or at check-in. All guests participating in wine tastings must present a valid physical ID (driver’s license or passport). Photocopies or digital versions are not accepted.
If you anticipate arriving late, please notify us via email at support@saddlerocksafaris.com as soon as possible. If a team member is available on site, we’ll do our best to meet you and bring you to your tour. However, after a 15-minute grace period, we are unable to make exceptions, and the reservation will be forfeited without refund.

Texas weather can be unpredictable, and we make every effort to operate safely and comfortably in changing conditions.
Tours will continue to operate in light rain or mild weather, and standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. Guests may cancel up to 7 days before their scheduled tour for a full refund, or reschedule at no cost if changes are made at least 72 hours before the tour.
If a guest cancels within 7 days of their tour or requests to reschedule within 72 hours, they are not entitled to a refund and are subject to a 50% rescheduling fee (based on the original ticket price).
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Saddlerock reserves the right to delay, postpone, or reschedule tours for the safety of guests and staff. If your tour is affected, our team will contact you directly with rescheduling options.
We recommend checking the forecast prior to your visit and dressing appropriately for outdoor conditions.

While the main lodge and facilities are wheelchair accessible, safari vehicles are not.
Guests requiring accommodation or assistance should contact support@saddlerocksafaris.com in advance of booking so that reasonable arrangements may be explored.

We do not allow pets or service animals on our general tours. Our facility is an active ranch with exotic and domestic animals, and outside animals can create safety risks for both guests and wildlife.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed on tours or around animals. We provide animal feed during your experience. We do have snacks available for purchase in our lodge.

Guests are welcome to take photos and videos during tours.
If you are requesting a professional photo shoot, please email support@saddlerocksafaris.com. All photo shoot requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. -
Gift cards are available for purchase and are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Each gift card includes a unique voucher code that can be redeemed online toward any available Saddlerock Safari experience.
Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. They can be used by the recipient to book a tour date of their choice, subject to availability.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or expired. The total value of the gift card includes all taxes and fees, and any remaining balance after redemption can be applied toward future bookings.

Restrooms are available at our lodge before tours depart.
During the 90 minute tour, guests will have access to restrooms during the 30 minute tasting stop. -
For your safety, please remain seated while the vehicle is in motion, keep hands and arms inside the truck, and follow all instructions from your guide. Guests participate at their own risk, and failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the tour without refund.
